Mark-3

The Henderson MARK-III is an all-purpose utility dump truck body. It’s an ideal fit for light to medium duty chassis. Easily increase load-hauling capacity by inserting wood or metal sideboards. Many more options are available for this durable dump body. Designed for use with many other Henderson products like tailgate sanders, v-box spreaders, liquid application systems and more.

Mark-4

The Henderson MARK-4 was especially designed for contractors and landscapers, with its fold-down sides, tailgate and optional split sides. Don’t forget that its capacity nearly doubles by adding wood or metal sideboards. Like the rest of the MARK Series dump truck bodies, it too was designed to work with many other Henderson products like tailgate sanders, V-box spreaders, liquid application systems and more.

Magnum

The Henderson Magnum is an elliptical demolition dump truck body. Built to carry anything from dirt to riprap, while easily discharging its contents, thanks to its smooth curved body. This self-cleaning and cross-memberless design reigns supreme in its class. Select from multiple tailgate options, steel options and an array of other Henderson products capable of working with this unit. Available in 12′ to 20′ body lengths.

DUMP BODY HOISTS

TELESCOPIC

Henderson’s telescopic hoists are available in internal or external mounting, based on your personal preference. They are also available in single-acting (power up) or double-acting (power up and down) function. Henderson telescopic hoists will help you achieve the lowest possible center of gravity and working height. The external hoist has the option of adding our full width hydraulic frame cradle, in order to provide a central location and easy access to hydraulic components that would typically mount alongside the frame rail.

UNDERBODY

Henderson offers multiple underbody hoists for single-axle work trucks: the 7-17 and 8-17 (class 50), as well as the 8-17A, 8-21 and 88-24 (class 60). These traditional hoists each use a single-cylinder thrust arm and operate at pressures up to 2000 PSI. Each utilizes a 3/4” O-ring port. Sub-frames are constructed of 4” x 10.5 Lb structural channel long members with integrated body prop (additional body prop available), body guides, and integral rear hinge. Rear hinges utilize 1-1/2” pins and 2-1/2” blocks, while the 88-24 rear hinges utilize 2” pins and 2-1/2″ blocks. Click the above image for full details, or click HERE!

Snow plows

A primary focus of Henderson Products is manufacturing premium snow plows of all shapes and sizes, built for use with class 3 to class 8 chassis. Henderson designs include reversible snow plows, one-way snow plows, flexible moldboard snow plows, expressway snowplows and even a squeegee blade attachment for clean up after the initial push.

RSP

Henderson’s state-of-the-art Reversible Snow Plow. The RSP manhandles snow and ice with a unique design that keeps its nose to the grindstone even in the most demanding conditions. Not only is it priced to stay within budget, it’s available as a full-trip or trip-edge design, in stainless steel or carbon steel.

RSP-OC

The RSP-OC is a Reversible Snow Plow, controlled by dual Outboard Cylinders. Its trip edge provides the reliability needed to withstand today’s tough road conditions. The clean box shaped A-frame offers superior strength, while minimizing pocket areas that commonly catch salt and other corrosion causing chemicals.

RSP-ST

The RSP-ST is Henderson’s Slotted Trip Reversible Snow Plow, designed with a much flatter cutting edge angle. This design allows for use at higher rates of speed. It’s ability to overcome larger obstacles, makes it one of the safest plows roaming our streets today.

RSP FLEX

The RSP Flex offers customers a flexible moldboard, capable of adapting to snow conditions on-the-fly. This true reversible snow plow is powered by its outboard cylinders, controlling the direction of cast. Change from a conventional snow plow to a one-way snow plow (left or right) in a moments notice.

OWP

With Henderson’s One-Way Snow Plow, you’ll roll snow and ice right out of your way. Its rugged moldboard is continuous-welded, providing years of hard use. The One-Way Snow Plow also improves driver visibility by minimizing drift and is self-cleaning.

MTP FLEX

The MTP Flex is a Flexible Medium-duty Trip-edge Snow Plow. This feature rich snow plow is designed for use with most medium-duty work trucks, classes 3-5. ProHitch brackets are height adjustable in 1” increments. Keeping the plow moldboard attack angle adjusted correctly will positively provide peak performance on different road surfaces and extend the life of cutting edges. As a cutting edge wears, simply pull the pins and adjust the brackets to the desired height, then reinsert the pins. Not only will you get more miles from your cutting edges, you will remove more snow with each pass.

FPH 100

Connecting or disconnecting a snow plow has never been easier than with Henderson’s Flat Plate Hitch. A one-person job and no tools required! Takes only a few minutes to mount or remove a plow from this revolutionary hitch.

All components i.e.: plow lights, lift cylinder, lift arm & oscillating mechanism remain with plow portion of the hitch, leaving the front end of your chassis free of obstructions.

HERCULES

The Hercules Hitch is Henderson’s premium pin & loop style hitch. PARALLELOGRAM

Henderson’s Parallelogram Hitch for heavy-duty snow plows rolls multiple hitch features into a single hitch. Connecting and disconnecting the Parallelogram Hitch to a flat plate mounting bracket is a simple one-person process. The operator will enjoy full reversing control, built-in contour following and oscillating action, level-lift through its full range of motion, 12” vertical lift, reinforced pivot points and most importantly the ability to apply downward pressure.

WINGS

SMART LINK

Smart Link incorporates float and rotation to provide the moldboard with a natural trip. A Smart Link mast enjoys effortless conformance to varying road conditions, virtual loss of toe dig, the elimination of mast/slide binding, the elimination of violent wing kick, a huge reduction in applied side load forces and 11” of float. The Smart Link’s low-profile design immediately improves a driver’s line of vision, offers easy access to the engine compartment and allows for mounting behind the cab.

HWS WING

The HWS (Henderson Wing System) features an extreme-duty fabricated I-beam mast as standard. It also has 3-postition pin float adjustment to the base of the mast, compensating for truck sag. The super-duty king pin offers extreme durability and a handle that offers ease of maintenance, the Dee accommodates non-trip, trip and front heel lift designs.

SD WING

The Severe-Duty Leveling Wing complements Henderson SNOWFOE plows, MuniBodies and sand & salt spreaders to help you show inclement weather who’s boss. It removes or “benches back” heavy snow. This starts with the formed 7 gauge steel moldboard for superior wear and increased strength to withstand the most vigorous winter conditions.

SDH WING

The Severe Duty Hydraulic Leveling Wing removes or “benches back” heavy snow. The ‘SDH’ Leveling Wing is easily deployed to reduce crew fatigue. Three hydraulic cylinders provide complete fingertip control of the moldboard’s heel and toe. This allows the ultimate in snow removal for varying conditions.

UBS FIXED

The Henderson light weight, Fixed-Angle Underbody Scraper is designed to remove snow and ice at a high rates of speed under the toughest conditions imaginable. Easy installation/removal and single lever operation, makes for ease of use. By removing unnecessary parts and simplifying the hydraulics, this fixed angle underbody scraper is priced to fit any budget.

UBS REVERSING

This heavy-duty (year ’round) Reversing Underbody Scraper features two double-acting, power-reversing cylinders for plowing angles up to 45°. The 1” thick moldboard is available in 10’, 11’ and 12’ lengths and is designed to provide superior winter snow and ice removal.

UBS OSCILLATING

Like its sibling the Reversing Underbody Scraper, the Oscillating Underbody Scraper is also a heavy-duty underbody scraper featuring two double-acting, power-reversing cylinders for plowing angles up to 45°. The 1” thick moldboard is available in 10’, 11’ and 12’ lengths and is designed to provide winter snow and ice removal. Armed with dual-oscillating cylinders, this plow is capable of tilting up to 6° in either direction.

FSH

Designed for use with heavy-duty chassis, the FSH Sand & Salt Spreader was built to master the elements. Available in three models and several capacities, this unit is ideal for municipalities and their demanding budgets. Fast setup. Easily slips in and out of existing dump bodies.

Options include: single auger, dual auger, electric controls, top grate screens, safety interlock, inverted vee, 201 or 304 stainless steel, front idler/grease tube extensions, Direct Cast precision spinner, pre-wet system, spreader stand, ladders and more.

HSS

The HSS (Henderson Spreader Stand) makes the loading and unloading process of v-box sand & salt spreaders, combination units, and liquid systems from dump bodies easy and efficient, while providing a safe storage location that can change each time the truck returnsUsing only the hoist of your dump body the spreaders can be loaded and unloaded, eliminating the use of forklifts and overhead hoist systems. By simplifying this previously dreaded task you can free up dedicated spreader trucks for other uses on fair weather days.

TGS

The Henderson TGS (Tailgate Spreader) is designed to fit most standard and utility dump bodies and attaches in minutes without the use of special tools. There’s plenty of flexibility to meet the conditions with individual hydraulic spinner and auger motors controlled from the cab. The TGS is available with 6” or 9” augers in both carbon steel or stainless steel. Doesn’t interfere with normal hauling or dumping operations so it can stay mounted all season long, ready for instant duty. Instantly turns your dump body into a low-cost ice control unit.

RTS

The Henderson RTS (Replacement Tailgate Spreader) is the new standard. The RTS is designed to fit Henderson’s MARK E, MARK III or MARK IV dump bodies and most other one-ton dump bodies. Henderson used many of the TGS spreader features in the RTS design, providing the best value spreader in the industry.

FSM-A

The Henderson FSM-A heavy-duty salt & sand spreader installs within a matter of minutes in all utility dump bodies to turn your truck into a versatile snow fighting machine. Available in 7′, 8′ and 9′ lengths with a hydraulically powered 7” variable pitch auger to handle the toughest jobs. Standard top grate screens are included for safety. It’s rugged stainless steel construction will offer years of service to the municipal user or private contractor. Options include 6″ higher sides, heavy-duty top grate screens, manual tip up chute, pre-wetting system, light kit, rubber spill shields and more.
