Bring your malfunctioning machinery to either our Joppa, Maryland or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania locations, and we will do our very best to determine the issue, get you the parts you need, and send you on your way.

If, by some unfortunate miracle, we can’t find the parts you need, or the parts in question are sold by a manufacturer we do not currently deal with, we will direct you to another business whom we trust to get you squared away.

If you’ve got the time, you can browse ITE Parts’ tremendous selection of over 30,000 parts and accessories. If you’re in a hurry, ITE Parts has a section with detailed parts breakdowns and Diagrams, for intricate assemblies such as Hoists or Liftgates, straight from the Instruction Manuals of the products themselves!
  2. Come see us at Intercon Truck Equipment! Intercon Truck has some very knowledgeable Parts guys ready to get you what you need, as well as some capable mechanics to promptly fix your rig when the job is a bit more involved. To help you out quickly and provide you with accurate information, please know the Manufacturer, Model Number, Serial Number, and any other important information of the equipment in question. 
  3. If you can’t drop everything and come see us, send us a Parts Inquiry! Fill it out, including as much information as you know, or as many pictures of the issue as you feel necessary, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
